 We offer a variety of products, including Uzspace water bottles, Arctic Hunter backpacks, and Zeblaze smartwatches (and other Smartwatches). We strive for accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

​Product prices are listed on the website and are subject to change. We accept Cash on Delivery and Mobile Transfer as payment methods. Your order will be processed upon confirmation of your delivery address for Cash on Delivery payments or receipt of payment for Mobile Transfers.

​5. Order Fulfillment and Shipping

​​We will process your order within 2-3 business days of receiving your payment or delivery address confirmation. A standard shipping fee of 250 shillings will be applied to all orders.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we understand that shipping can sometimes encounter unforeseen challenges. If your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it, and we will arrange for a replacement.

​​6. Returns and Refunds

You may return undamaged items within 2 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded. Please report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt.

 7. Intellectual Property

The Sckybox website and its content, including trademarks, logos, designs, and any other intellectual property associated with our products (Uzspace water bottles, Arctic Hunter Backpacks, Zeblaze smartwatches, and other Smartwatches), are the property of Sckybox Ventures or their respective owners.

You may not use any intellectual property, including trademarks, logos, and designs, without the prior written consent of the respective owner. This includes, but is not limited to, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or creating derivative works based on the intellectual property.

The products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. For smartwatches, please refer to the warranty provided by the manufacturer.

Smartwatch data may not be accurate or reliable in all situations, and its accuracy may vary depending on individual physiology, environmental conditions, and device usage.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, under the rules of the Kenya International Commercial Arbitration Centre (KICAC).
